YI (郭知藝)

YI addicts to the extreme boundary of acousto-optics and focuses on the exploration of human desires and the constructions behend sensation, lighting and acoustic sources in the present age. His works include sound、theatre productions and installation art. Yi has performed for LSF75, On Site 2013 and Digital Art Festival Taipei 2012. Currently he is one of the members of CBMI.


Performance Introduction︱
Starting from the observation of Buddhism , Taoism, folk activities and new religious movements and trying to extract the present-day endless desires from it. At the same time, exploring, inquiring the quest for the velocity of sound and light by societies and individuals under the present circumstances of globalization and global networking.

靈空肉幻

自對佛道民俗、新興信仰的觀察為始，試圖從中煉取當代無盡慾望，並探索社會、個人在網路化、全球化之當代情境下，其對聲光速之追求、意義之詢問。

意圖以新媒體法門聚集眾生慾望、引爆十方業力。
